Salad Chicken and Mozzarella


  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 125 g mini mozzarella
  • 1 pack of crackers
  • small head of lettuce
  • 125 g colorful cherry tomatoes
  • 5 st. l. olive oil
  • 1 st. l. mustard with seeds
  • 1 st. l. soy sauce
  • 1 st. l. lemon juice
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper


Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 2cm cubes using a professional kitchen chef’s knife. 2 tbsp of oil should be heated in a large nonstick skillet. Add olive oil and chicken. Season with salt and pepper and fry until golden brown, stirring frequently for 8 minutes.

Step 2

Cut each mozzarella ball and each cherry tomato in half. Separate the lettuce leaves from the head of the cabbage and tear them into small pieces with your hands. Mix mozzarella with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and croutons in a salad bowl.

Step 3

Mix 3 tbsp. Add the ME olive oil, mustard, soy sauce, and lemon juice and beat with a fork until smooth, season with salt. Add the vinaigrette to the salad and taste gently.
