-1 lb. ground beef
-1 cup all-purpose flour

-1 1/2 cups milk
-8 ounces elbow macaroni noodles, cooked according to package instructions
-8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled


1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.

2) In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease. Add the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Gradually add the milk until the mixture thickens. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes or until thickened.

4. Spread half of the noodles in the prepared dish and spread half of the sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese and top with remaining noodles and sauce. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
